Of Maplewood
Died peacefully at home Sat., September 6, 2014. Active and independent until the end, Clarice loved traveling the world and collecting coins. She enjoyed playing cards and games (and usually winning) and completing puzzles. She loved exchanging greeting cards and news with cousins and extended family as well as keeping up with the many friends she made during her lifetime. In her later years she was a help in caring for her brother, Virgil. Clarice retired from the telephone company after 38 years of dedicated service. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Edward R.; Sister, Luella Barclay; Brother, Eldon Anderson; Nephew, Paul Anderson. Survived by Brothers, Virgil and Robert Anderson; Step-Son, Russell (Connie) Thompson and Their Five Children; Nieces; Nephews; and her many friends at Connemara, Beaver Lake Lutheran Church, and the Pioneers. Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11 AM with Visitation from 10-11 AM at Beaver Lake Lutheran Church at 2280 Stillwater Avenue, Maplewood. Interment at Union Cemetery, Maplewood. Memorials to Beaver Lake Lutheran Church.
