(Sheila) Frisch Jr. and Christine (Eldred) Winebaugh; dearest grandfather of William, Richard III, Scott and Jason; our dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. Richard served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Rollo-Calcaterra American Legion Post 15., he also was a member of St. Ambrose Parish where he served as an usher.
