Visitation at St. Martin of Tours Church, Lemay, MO on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 9 am until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.

Interment with full military honors will follow in

Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

GySgt Marty served with USMC 1975-1996. He served with 2/4 in Okinawa, Japan; I&I Duty in Des Moines, Iowa; with Fleet Anti-Terrorist Platoon in Norfolk, Virginia; including Operation Just Cause in Panama, where he earned the Combat Action Ribbon. Joe went on to serve numerous tours with C1/1 out of Camp Pendleton and retired as the S-3 officer at the “Marine Corps, Ground Combat Training Center”, Twenty-Nine Palms, California, September 1996.
