Dear father of Gregg and the late Bruce Eckert.
Dear brother of Lorraine Schmich, Roy Eckert, Glenn Eckert and the late Shirley Lay.
Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle and friend.
Mr. Eckert served our country in the US Navy and was a 32 year veteran of the St. Louis Police Department.

The funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel of Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Road on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.
Interment will follow in St. Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation at Hoffmeister South County Chapel on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
