Sandy is preceded in death by her first husband John "Sonny" Payeur and her parents, Clarence and Eileen (Hawkins) Shepardson. She is survived by her life partner of twenty-eight years, Dean Bodenschatz, her siblings William (Pam) Shepardson, Sherry (Rick) Cordes and sister in law, Patricia Killian and her loving children, John, Robert (Lani), Edward (Dina), Thomas (Michele), Joseph (Kim), Tracy (Tom) Wesley and Terry (Phil) Smith, twenty-one grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Sandy adored raising her children and spoiling her grandchildren, nieces and nephews any chance she could get. She was also a proud member the "Red Hat Society" a society where women support women.
Services:A visitation is scheduled for Sandy on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, Saint Ann, Missouri. A funeral service Mass will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 starting at 10:00 AM at St. Monica Catholic Church 12140 Olive Blvd #6629, Saint Louis, Missouri with a burial following at Sacred Heart Cemetery 980 Graham Road Florissant, Missouri.
