Robert McKean Lattimore

Robert “Bob” Lattimore, 88, of St. Louis joined his sweetheart in Heaven on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann (nee Farrar) Lattimore and former wife, Marian Lattimore; sons, Ron Lattimore and Michael Hamilton; and sister, Virginia “Ginny” Weber. He is survived by his children, Christen Tomford, Jim Lattimore, Dorothy (James) Ritts, Barbara (Rick) Ellis, and Mark (Pat) Hamilton; grandchildren, Joseph, Steven, and Christopher Lattimore, Amber (Matt) Youngren, Jessica (Max) Mikhaylichenko and their mother, Michelle Lattimore, Matthew, Andrew, and Timothy Ritts, Abby, Ryan, Emily, and Allison Ellis, and Mark, Jordan, Michael, and Natalie Hamilton; several great grandchildren; niece, Julie (Scott) Kindra; and nephew, Daniel Weber.

Bob was a loyal member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta in Ferguson. He was a good Christian man with a heart of gold who loved his family. Bob retired from the Hilton Hotel and remained very socially active. He was very thoughtful, thankful, and appreciative of everything. He was very personable and had a clever saying for just about everything. In his final months while under supervised care, he always thanked the nurses for their attention and said “God bless you” to everyone as they left his side. Bob was an old-fashioned gentleman. Bob was the best husband, dad, uncle and friend and will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure to have known him.

Friends may visit on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann, MO. Bob will be laid to rest beside his wife, Mary Ann, at Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to Blessed Teresa of Calcutta and the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
