Margaret A. Moss (nee Stratman) age 93 passed away November 7, 2020. Born and raised in and around small towns near Summerfield, Missouri. She moved with siblings to St. Louis during the war then lived most of her life in Southern California. She was married to James Moss (deceased) for many years. Marge returned to St. Louis after the big Northridge earthquake in 1994. A stylish and light hearted lady, she loved cats, cruising dinning out (especially at Red Lobster) and playing slots. Happily being a second mothers to nieces and nephews. She had a quiet strength and strong will having survived polio when very young. Everyone who met her remarked about her sweetness, but most were unaware of just how tough she was.
Survived by sisters Shirley Juergens Wagner (Clifford) and Sharon Viessman, Preceded by father, Henry Stratman, mother, Maggie Stratman and siblings Ruby (Glen) Cooper, Stanley (Beulah), Roy (Opal), Clara (Avery) Jones, Wandall “Bud” (Darlene, Betty (Glen) Rhinesmith.
Visitation will be hold on November 19, 2020 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 12:30 pm at Alexander White-Mullen Funeral Home 11101 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. Burial to follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
