Laverne Davis, 82, of St. Ann, MO passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his devoted wife, Helen Marie Davis and a son in infancy, Ricky L. Davis. Laverne is survived by his children, Ronnie (Melissa) Davis, Tony (Connie) Davis, and Faith (Wayne Peters) Davis; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and several siblings.
Laverne was a devoted family man who enjoyed tending to his garden and was a fantastic cook. He loved his wife and cherished his little dogs. A stray was never without a home when they visited Laverne and he taught his children to love and respect animals and to value life in general. He was a great dad and Pa Pa. His sweet smile will be missed!
