Debra Ann Hardy

Debra was the beloved daughter of Bill and Carol Gibbs; devoted mom of Steven Thum (Carrie), Sam Hardy (Kristin), and Stephanie Brown (Daniel Ball); loving grandma of Kevin Jansen, Kelsey Thum, Masson Thum, Joseph Thum, Liam Brown, Ayva Brown, Chloe Valleroy, Jordan Clemons, and Hunter Hardy; and dear sister of Roger Thum (Joella), the late Ann Willen, Vincent Gibbs (Rachael), Cletus Gibbs, and Linda Rivera (John). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Debra was a woman who you could say worked hard and played harder. She worked for many years, as a Pharmacy Tech, to provide for her and her family. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed tending to her plants and flowers (she definitely had a “green thumb”); She was also incredibly crafty and artistic, and loved to use those talents when helping to plan special events for her family and her friends. While attending these special events or parties, Debbie was one of the most outgoing people in the crowd. You could find her striking up conversations with everyone and anyone, and you would certainly find her singing and dancing to the music. She embraced every day that she was given of this life, especially those days that were spent with the ones she loved. Debbie will be missed so very much by everyone who knew her and loved her.
