Twila LaVon Johnson

Twila Johnson, 90, of Sacramento, California passed away on August 21, 2020. Twila was a loving and caring lady who touched the heart of everyone who knew her. Twila and John raised a family of five kids starting in Minnesota and then to Sacramento California in 1967. Twila’s family was her love and joy! As her family grew a favorite saying in our family is “it’s all about the baby! “

Twila is preceded in death by husband John Allan Johnson, parents Norris and Judith Northness, son Carter Johnson, son Jay Johnson, sister Gerry Moses. Twila is survived by her daughter Michelle Toomey, son Kevin Johnson, son Scott Johnson, son- in-law Bill Toomey Jr, daughter-in-law Sheryl Johnson, daughter-in-law Hilda Johnson, Andy Hall, Becky Harris, grandkids Billy (Melissa) Toomey III, Kristin Toomey, Kurt (Lindsey) Toomey, Randy Johnson, Danny Johnson, Michael Johnson, Scotty (Heather) Johnson and great grandkids Ty Christianson, Alaina Privalov, Kaylee Menezes, Olivia Mobley, Arilyn Toomey, Liam Toomey and Ellie Johnson.

Twila received her Bachelors Degree and taught school for many years before assisting in her husband’s State Farm Insurance office. However, Wife, Mom, Grandma, and Great Grandma were Twila’s most precious titles!

Twila passed into God’s arms peacefully after a full life of family, friends, and traveling the world.
