Born May 19, 1927, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Passed away September 29, 2011, with his loving family by his side. Predeceased by his parents Sing and Yee Shee Mar, and sister Mary Lum. Survived by his wife Lon, children Edward (Cathy), Phillip (Dorian), Mikal, Amy Fong (Rolland), Emily Tom (Warren), Alan, Carol Leong (Jerry), Louise Kurashige (Keith), and grandchildren Kimberly, Staci, Michelle, Thomas, Bryan, Jeffery, Trisha, Leslie, Scott, and Kelly. Also survived by brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed. Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, October 7, 2011, from 4-7 pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011, at 11 am at Harry A. Nauman & Son Funeral Home, 4041 Freeport Blvd. Interment at East Lawn Cemetery, 4590 Folsom Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
