PAUL M. RIVARD SR. passed away on July 9, 2016 in Sacramento, CA. He was a native of New Orleans, LA, but a resident of Sacramento for the past 18 years. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ethelyn Conzelmann Rivard. He is survived by his children Paul Rivard Jr of Alamo, CA, Kenneth Rivard of Danville, CA, Paulette R. Cummings of Roseville, CA, Amelie R. Gannon of Sacramento, CA, Madelyn R. Owen of Sacramento, CA, Beth R. Pound of Fresno, CA, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and his niece Beverly G. Renaudin of Slidell, LA. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marian Magee of Slidell, LA. There will be a private Mass of Christian Burial at St Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Sacramento where his ashes will be interned. Memorials preferred to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, P. O. Box 1000-Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
