Born on December 2, 1920 in Guangzhou (Canton), China; passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 11, 2016 at the age of 95 in Sacramento, California. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph and her four older brothers. Nancy is survived by her children Marian Wong (John Rosskopf), Louie Wong, and Lois Wong and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Nancy was married for 51 years with devotion to her family and numerous friends. Nancy shared her knowledge of traditions with the Chinese community. She taught dim sum and pastry making; and amazed friends with her self-trained, creative arts and craft skills, including calligraphy, sewing, beading, knitting, crocheting, quilting, embroidery, drawing, origami, jewelry and greeting card design, re-upholstering, and gardening.
