Judi, 67, passed away of breast cancer on April 21, 2011 at Mercy General Hospital.
Born Oct. 30, 1943 in Mare Island, CA to Arnold and Georgia Borgfeldt she graduated from McClatchy High School, attended Oregon State University and Heald Business College. She had an amazing 40 year career in the financial services and banking industries where she was Founder and President of the Sacramento Financial Organization. She took great pride in her accomplishments and the relationships she built with her customers and colleagues.
She is survived by her daughter, Paige Simon Boyd (Michael) of San Diego, her former husbands, Irwin "Si" Simon, and Art Hickey, both of Sacto. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Sunday, May 22nd at 1pm at Harry A. Nauman & Son Land Park Funeral Chapel at 4041 Freeport Blvd in Sacto. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Mercy General Hospital Foundation, or Gateway Recovery House for Women.
