Was born in Mexico in 1937. She entered heaven's gates on April 29, 2013.
Over the years, she dedicated her life to her family. Belia was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and one of the best cooks ever. Belia enjoyed gambling, watching telenovelas, eating junk food and spending time with her family.
Belia was the rock of her family. Belia is survived by her children and spouses; Anna, Joe (Danya) and Frank (Gloria) Rodriguez; grandchildren and spouses; Elena (Alejandro) Placencia, Vanessa (Carlos) Rodriguez, Lacina Rodriguez, Christopher Stucke and Joseph Jora; great grandchildren; Alejandro and Adrian Placencia and Benjamin Gonzalez.
A religious service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2013, at St. Joseph's Church, 1717 El Monte Avenue, Sacramento, California.
