Arlene Joyce Owens aka The Hat Lady went home to The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 19, 2022.
She was 95. Born January 7, 1927 in Ogden, Utah to Anton and Bessie Van Drimmelen.
Arlene is survived by her children Scott (Vicki) Owens, Kim Runnels, Kelly (Traci) Owens, Sister In Law, Kay Van Drimmelen, 7 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her Husband Daryl Owens, her brother Art Van Drimmelen, her son Van Owens and her Grandson Ryan Runnels.
