Clifford was born March 7, 1933, in Lawrence, Kansas the son of Clifford C and Zora L (Avey) Kemberling.
Clifford graduated from Liberty Memorial High School in Lawrence, KS and was a US Army Veteran.
Cliff had a keen interest in learning and was very interested in the subjects of health, natural healing and remedies. He was always interested in conversing with people and learning about their interests and sharing his own.
Cliff had a very distinctive voice which he expressed as a singer and radio personality. He operated and co owned a local radio station in Brunswick, Maine. He also read aloud and recorded books and publications to allow the visually impaired the pleasure of listening.
Before retiring he worked as a security officer for the Portland Jetport.
Clifford was an active member of the Topsham Seventh Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed his family, his church, and nature.
As Clifford rests his family and friends will miss him greatly. We long for the day when Christ will come again to claim his children and bring them to their eternal home to be reunited and never part again.
He is survived by his wife Joanne (Spaulding) Kemberling; a son Randy Kemberling & partner, Cecily Miller, a daughter Christa Kay; several grandchildren including Hilda B. Kemberling, Kasey and Keith Plourde, many step grandchildren including Brandon and Joshua Pierce, Sarah Sutton, Elizabeth and Brittany Waterman, Devon Medeiros; a great granddaughter Quinn; step great grandsons Archie and Hank Pierce; step children Becky Pierce & husband Owen, Runette Waterman, and Daniel Waterman & wife Maryann.
Clifford was predeceased by his brother, Clarence Bud Kemberling and four of his sons. Michael, Ronny, Ed and Mark Kemberling.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
