Amy Rose Breton

She was born in Rumford, Maine on August 25, 1977 a daughter of Rosemary A. Leavitt and Walter L. Downs, Jr.

Amy was educated in Rumford schools and was a graduate of Mountain Valley High School. She was also a graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington.

She was a teacher at Virginia Elementary and Rumford Elementary school for 15 years.

Amy loved teaching, singing, dancing, and spending time outdoors, but most of all spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are her husband, Eric R. Breton of Rumford, her mother and father, Walter L. Downs, Jr. and Rosemary Leavitt Downs of Rumford; her mother and father in law, Al and Diane Breton of Rumford; a son, Noah R. Breton of Rumford; paternal grandparents, Sylvia Donahue of Peru and Walter L. Downs, Sr. of Mexico; a sister, Heidi LeVasseur and husband Andre of Florence, South Carolina; and three brothers in law, Barry Breton and wife Kim, Chad Breton, and Adam Breton and wife Becca.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Yvette and Harold Leavitt.
