Bill was born in Detroit, Michigan moving to Georgia when he was 4. He attended Roswell
High School and graduated in 1969. He loved golf, stamp collecting and baseball
card collecting. He was in the insurance industry for over 40 years and was very
active in the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia in the early years. He retired
from that in 2012 and loved to travel. He made trips to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and
almost every year to St Augustine, Florida one of our favorite places.
Preceded in death by Mom - Virginia Myers Underwood; Dad - William Donald (Don) Underwood; and
Brother Bruce Edwin Underwood.
Survivors include; Wife - Diane Platt Underwood; Daughters Lisa Cascioli (Mark) and Laura Wagar
(Tom); Grandchildren - Colin and Landon Cascioli and Madelyn and Adelyse Wagar
April 10, 2019 at Roswell Funeral Home; Visitation 10 till noon and service at noon.
