Tyler Forester

Tyler Forester, a junior at Auburn University, passed away unexpectedly last Thursday in Auburn, AL. Tyler was a 2009 honor graduate of Centennial High School where he played varsity football and varsity lacrosse. At Auburn University, Tyler was an active member of Sigma Chi fraternity and was pursuing a degree in Business. Tyler’s church home is Perimeter Church. Tyler will be remembered for his big heart and his fun-loving personality. Tyler loved his family and friends more than anything, and he will be deeply missed. Tyler is survived by his loving family, which includes his parents, Link and Carla Forester; his brothers, Banks and Cole; his sister, Caroline; his paternal grandparents, Link and Gloria Forester, Jr., all of Roswell, GA; his maternal grandparents, Bill and Mary Brabston of Orange Beach, AL; and his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. There will be a candlelight vigil on Sunday, July 3, at 9:15 PM at the Centennial High School Football Stadium, 9310 Scott Rd., Roswell, GA 30076 (gates will open at 8:30 PM). The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 5, between 6:00 and 8:00 PM at the Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Rd., Roswell, GA 30076. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, at 11:00 AM at Perimeter Church, 9500 Medlock Bridge Rd., Johns Creek, GA 30097. A reception will follow at the church. Tyler will be buried at the Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell. Memorial contributions may be made to Perimeter Church or the Centennial High School Athletic Booster Association in Tyler’s honor. Roswell Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
