Tony Howard Holt

Tony Holt was born to the late Sonny Holt and the late Emily Almand Holt on January 14 in Atlanta. He grew up in Decatur. Tony was retired from the grocery business.

Tony is survived by his wife, Teri Hopkins Holt, sister Becky (Joe) Rice of Dallas, TX, brother Mike Holt of Acworth, GA, brother-in-law Tommy Hopkins of Savannah, GA, sister-in-law Tina Hopkins Ray of Sylva, NC, nephew Jim (Liz) Rice of Dallas, TX, niece Elizabeth (Derek) Williams of Nashville, TN, and nephew Brent (Jennifer) Holt of Decatur, GA. Tony was the proud uncle of 8 great-nephews and nieces.

His memory will be cherished by many extended family members and friends.

The Holt family will receive friends on Wednesday January 12 from 1 PM until 2PM at Roswell Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2 PM in Roswell’s Chapel with Reverend Turnbull officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
