She was born in Manchester Kentucky June 22, 1931 raised in Berlin Ga then as a teen lived in Decatur, Ga. She went to Decatur High School then Ga Southwestern College. She briefly worked at Southern Bell Co then became a full time homemaker that loved to read attend basketball games and being a Mom.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard B Stewart and son Bruce C Stewart . Survivors include daughter Cheryl Stewart Bassin daughter-in-law Robin Holmes Stewart grandchildren Laurie, Leah, Lucas, Brett, Brandon, Brooke Great-grandchildren, Jillian, Jordan, Cardin, Beckley, Sadie, Tripp, Bruce, Brig, Bo, Cameron
There will be a graveside memorial service held on Thursday August 31, 2023, 10:00 am Greenlawn Cemetery /The Crucifix Section 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia 30076
