Rick was born April 8, 1947, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Robert and Sara Page. He graduated from Myers Park High School, and he earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and remained a devoted alumnus of the university. He married Pamela Parker on July 10, 1971. They have been happily married for 42 years. They are active members at Roswell United Methodist Church, generously giving of his time, gifts and energy, particularly among the Bereans Sunday School class. He founded The Complex Sale, in 1990, serving until his death as the CEO. He is also the author of Hope is Not a Strategy and Make Winning a Habit. Of upmost importance to him was his relationship with his family; words cannot express how deeply his loss will be felt.
He is survived by his wife Pamela Page of Alpharetta, GA; daughter and son-in-law Laura Leigh and Jonathan Moseley of Hickory, NC; son and daughter-in-law, Parker and Rachel Page of Nashville, TN; grandchildren Josiah and Micah Moseley of Hickory, NC, and Abigail Page of Nashville, TN; Brother and sister-in-law Robert and Joan Page of Chapel Hill, NC; brother Rusty Page of Charlotte, NC; sister Marisa Page of Savannah, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ronnie and Gail Parker of Charlotte, NC; nephew and nieces Ryan Parker, Jaclyn Cherry, Robert Page, Brock Page, Anderson Page, Julie Smith and Chase Page.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 29, 2013, at Roswell Funeral Home from 3-7 p.m. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 30, 2013, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Roswell United Methodist Church.
