Please accept my warmest condolences, I was deeply saddened to hear of Mike's passing.   I was fortunate enough to work with Mike and get to know him during that time.   Mike was a great coworker who I consider a friend as well.  He handled his illness with grace and his sense of humor during stressful projects will be something I will always remember.

I extend my condoles to Michaels's family on his passing. I had the privilege of working with Michael, and he truly was an exceptional leader. With a captivating presence and an ability to connect personally, he made everyone feel valued and heard. He fearlessly faced challenges head-on, encouraging others to do the same. Whether tackling a complex problem or heading into uncharted territories, he approached every situation with an admirable and contagious daring spirit. 

Rest in peace, Michael. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.


In all my years working with Michael at Checkfree and Fiserv I have to say each meet up, interaction was always comfortable and enjoyable. Michael and I worked many hard difficult events together and he was the first to show me googles gives faster answers than the almighty manuals! Rest in Peace!

Dear family of Michael Aaron,
I pray for God's peace and comfort to you. I imagine you will miss his contagious uplifting personality the most.

I knew Mike through work since about 2007ish. It was always fun working with him. He called me up in 2017 to bring me back to the same company after I had left for a while and it once again was a great ride and lots of laughs. He popularized my nickname "Blasz" which I continue to use in memory of him. I still recall when he told my future manager "we need Blasz" to which the reply was "What's a Blasz"?

Another memorable moment was then he looked at me during a large meeting and said, "Sorry, Chris, but it's all on your now." :)

I will always remember the gatherings and energetic meetings we had and the positive spin he'd present no matter how grim things looked. And of course the nicknames like "nuclear bomb" when describing one of our old servers. He was certainly a visionary.

My sincerest heartfelt condolences to the Aaron family. Mike was an amazing person that I looked up to and admired as an example of what a great leader and mentor should look like. Someone that I considered a friend and who was compassionate, caring and brought out the best in everyone around him.  I have faith you are up above picking out the best tree stand and smiling down on us Mike. Rest in peace my friend!

I wanted to extend my heartfelt sympathies to the Aaron family.  I only knew Mike for less than a year, but I found him to be a wonderful person, always ready to lend an ear.  When I later learned of the issues he was going through, he became even more impressive to me, as he would always make time to listen to me.  You will always be an inspiration to me, Mike. My faith in God tells me you are with us in spirit.  We will miss you down here.

Mike was an amazing boss and friend!  I am so sad Mike is no longer with us, he left this earth too young!  Rest in peace, my friend!
