Linda was born December 27, 1946 to Robert and Lillian Cagle in Westchester, New York. She graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Indiana University in just three years, with multiple bachelors degrees in French, Spanish, Latin and Education. Linda began her career as a middle school French and Spanish teacher and eventually found her true calling as an international trader of consumer goods. She spent several years at AJC International, but the majority of her success and happiness was the time she spent at Interra International, where she loved her work almost as much as she loved the people with whom she worked with every day.
Linda is survived by her son, Michael Cagle, of Atlanta, daughter-in-law, Kathryn Cagle, and grandsons, Whitley and Jude Cagle; her former husband, Said Abderrazag; and her lifetime and dearest friends, Dene Kirby and Kathy Sarrette.
Linda was an avid dog lover, providing a loving home for countless adopted dogs. While she loved all breeds, Linda had a particular love of bichon frise. She spent a lifetime practicing linguistics and had an impressive ability to teach herself languages. A serial explorer that began at the age of 20 when she left school for Paris, she became a world traveler and circled the globe more times in her life than the age she reached. Most of all, she coveted her family and loved unconditionally. She was a kind, compassionate, noble and loving mother and daughter.
