Kirk Chi Mayfield

Kirk Mayfield was born in Chicago Illinois to Curtis and Altheida Mayfield on August 11th, 1977. After moving to Georgia in 1979, Kirk Mayfield grew up in a household along with 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

After graduating High School, Kirk earned a degree in Musical Engineering and co-founded “Matone Music,” a music management company, with Antonio Reid Jr. Kirk also assisted in managing a family owned licensing company “Curtom Classics” before moving on to other ventures.

Kirk was an extremely kind Brother, Father, and Friend to the many people who were fortunate to have come across him during their lifetime. Usually taking the role of “Big Brother,” He was always willing to lend a hand to Family and Friends even if it meant sacrificing or going out of his way.

Some of Kirk’s many hobbies included Music, Cars, and Traveling. Kirk had always liked to enjoy some of the finer things in life.

Kirk was preceded in death by his parents Curtis and Altheida Mayfield. He is survived by his two sons Curtis J. Mayfield and Kirk Mayfield Jr.

Funeral Services will be held at Roswell Funeral for Family and Friends.
