Betty was born in Milford, Ohio and graduated from Milford High School in 1937. Her maiden name was Yeoman, her friends called her “Betz”. Her pet saying was “Oh me!” She was known for her gentle manner and pleasant voice, a member of the Glee club. Just a few years later, she met Woody at a Church Social, and they married in 1941. They had two daughters, Linda and Mary.
In the early 1950s they all moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, and joined Northwood Baptist Church and were all baptized.
Betty leaves behind two nephews, Charles and David; two daughters, Linda and Mary; two grandchildren, Brian and Debora; and three great grandchildren, Daniel, Kate, and David. Betty was a very family oriented woman.
Betty was a loving, sweet, laid back lady who will be missed by many. She was an excellent wife, a wonderful mother and grandmother. Amazingly, after raising a family of her own, as a Nanny, she raised two more children in Palm Beach, Florida from their birth until they graduated from high school.
Betty accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior early in life, and is most certainly in Heaven with Woody, reunited for Eternity.
Praise the Lord. Amen.
