Ray was truly a one-of-a-kind beautiful person. he will be greatly missed.

Dear Rick,

I'm so sorry to hear of Ray's passing.  I didn't work with him a long time, a few years at ADP.  He was a delight to work with and I so enjoyed the times we would simply chat.  He was a treasure and will remain so in my memories.



My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Hutto family.  Ray was a great person and fun to be around.  My wife and I met Ray through a referral to sell our home in Smyrna, GA and buy a home in Marietta, GA.  Ray became part of the family through these transactions.  He would invite us to one of his famous annual Christmas parties or just stop by on occasion just to see how we were doing.  He was just a genuine person.  Rest in peace Ray!  You will be missed my friend!

Ray’s smile, hugs, and upbeat attitude we’re always shared with us on Sunday mornings at our church service.  They were the best and are missed.  My condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.  May God’s peace be with you as you grieve his loss.

Thank you Ray for all your wisdom and collaboration you shared to help all us to become better agents.  Our Berkshire Hathaway Family always loved working together.  You will be missed terribly by all and the love and support you have shown every agent is speaks volumes.  I will always be grateful for our time my friend🙌🏼. I will never forget the tremendous bearhugs that Ray gave during the Passing of the Peace at church. As his former pastor, I know how much he cherished his family, both near and far, and how much he wanted to be closer to all of them than time and circumstance allowed. He was a devoted husband, and even though the wedding vows say, “till death, do us part,” if we can watch loved ones from heaven, Ray will be forever rooting for Rick.  May God bring comfort to all of Ray’s family and friends as we grieve this one gone too soon. 

I could always count on you to beat me to the office in the mornings and you would be half way through your expired calls! Your dedication to your goals was impressive and your confidence unmatched. I will always remember our closed door chats about politics, family, hair (haha) and everything  Real Estate. Rest in peace friend.

First time I met Ray, it was 8:00 AM at our office. He was dialing/making calls to expired listings.  His professional warm  voice  had  an impact and the called seller rarely hung up on him.  He had the appointment !  He kept  up the phoning  with notating the responses daily.  He never gave up. He always volunteered to hold Open Houses and always prepared for them. Ray Hutto was a Team Player and his personal style and salesmanship was award winning.
But his best quality was his genuine friendship and true caring for others. Always had wonderful stories and adored his puppy . He will be truly missed. 

 You made a lasting impression on us, and your absence will be deeply felt. We love you and will miss you dearly. The memories we made together will forever be treasured, and your spirit will live on in our hearts.  Rest in peace.

I can't help but smile at the memories we shared, especially those moments over countless glasses of chardonnay. Your infectious laughter and unique sense of humor brightened up the entire event, making it truly unforgettable.

You were one of a kind, and your presence at work brought joy and camaraderie to us all. Your absence will be deeply felt, and we will miss you dearly. The impact you had on our team and the memories we created together will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
