Jesse “Dave” David Burrell, III, aged 67, passed away on February 2, 2024. He was born on February 15, 1956 to Vera Faye Burrell and Jesse David Burrell, Jr. in Marietta, GA.

Dave was a beloved uncle. He was known for his quirkiness and humor and his dedication to music and sports.

He will be deeply missed by his nephews, Coleman and Marshall Burrell; niece, Vanessa Burrell; great nieces, Emily and Georgia Hodges; cousins, Elaine and Al Separk, and many more. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vera Faye Burrell and Jesse David Burrell Jr; brother Wade Dean Burrell, and sister-in-law Angela Marie Burrell.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at Roswell Funeral Homel to celebrate Dave Burrell's life.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Georgia Music Foundation in memory of Dave Burrell.
