Ronald D. Lambert

Ronald D. Lambert, age 68, of Fraser, passed away Tuesday January 12, surrounded by his loving family. Ron was born on October 9, 1947 in Detroit to Henry & Helen Lambert. He grew up in Warren with three siblings, David, Sharon & Jim who have pre-deceased Ron. Ron graduated from Warren High School in 1965 right across the street from the home in which Ron grew up. Ron worked for over 40 years as a head mechanic for Macomb County Community College, mainly at the South Campus. His garage was his “man-cave” where he enjoyed tinkering and fixing things. His love for his trade and his positive, optimistic attitude were his most notable attributes. He loved traveling to Soaring Eagle Casino with his late wife Linda and it seemed to family “…that they always won.”

Ron is survived by his children, Chad (Stacey); Kristi (Ryan) Moore and Nicole; grandchildren, Tyler and Cameron Lambert. Dear brother-in-law of Mary Jo Cona, Tony (Colleen) Cona and Kathy (Tyler) Edick; and son-in-law of Anthony J. Cona. Ron was pre-deceased his loving wife, Linda Ann.
