Patrick "Grass" Joseph Ducharme

Patrick Joseph Ducharme "Grass", age 30, of Roseville, died December 4, 2019 at his home in Roseville. Patrick was born May 24, 1989, in Rochester, MI, to Danny & Judith (Ryntz) Ducharme. He will be sadly missed by his parents, the love of his life, Heather Dayton and children; Brayden, Madison, Avery Trey, Patrick Thomas, Caleb David and step children; Natalie & Adelynn Worden, Adalynn Dayton, mothers of his children; Amber, Chelsea, Tiffany. And aunts and uncles; Carole Morelock, Lori Ryntz, Kay Ryntz, Terry (Art) Grissom, Sandy (John) Sadonis and several cousins. Pre deceased by his grandparents and uncles Ted & Larry Ryntz.

Patrick loved his family very much, most of all loved being a Dad. He enjoyed motorcycles and will forever be a brother of the Liberty Riders.

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to his family in care of Judith Ducharme.

A Funeral Service will be held 4PM Monday, December 9 at Kaul Funeral Home Roseville. Visitation will be Monday from 2-5PM. Cremation to follow services.
