Laura "Angie" Krull

The world just got sadder and a bit darker for the family and friends of Laura “Angie” Krull, peacefully passing at home in her sleep on April 27, 2023. Angie was a very caring, compassionate and forgiving person – just ask her husband, Bill, and she brightened up the lives of those who knew her. Angie was born in Indiana to her parents Frank and Jean Bayman (nee: Dyke). After graduating from high school, she enlisted in the US Air Force, where she proudly and honorably served during the Vietnam War. During her military service, she met, and married her husband, Bill. They had two wonderful children, Dawn and Jonathan, and spent 55 wonderful years together. Angie had a very successful career as a banker, working her way up to Branch Manager, where she helped train numerous employees, and was a troubleshooter/ problem solver who would be deployed at various branches that needed her loving care and expertise. Angie enjoyed her Bingo games and various outings with family and friends to casinos in Las Vegas, Traverse City, Mt. Pleasant, and ones wherever she was vacationing. Angie also enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii, Mexico, throughout the United States and Canada, and cruises around the Caribbean. But the love of her life was her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and husband, father, mother brothers and sister, along with all in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews throughout our country. Angie battled, and defeated a host of health issues – beating breast cancer, heart attacks, and strokes, but the effects of dementia finally proved too much for her to overcome. Angie will be cremated, and a memorial ceremony will be held for her family and friends. Angie would prefer that no flowers or contributions be made to her or her family, but instead go to charities, veterans organizations, animal rescue groups, of your choice – whatever would bring joy and happiness.
