Joseph Lee Montgomery

Joseph Lee Montgomery, age 70, of Livonia, formerly Roseville, died February 12, 2018 at his home. Joseph was born May 19, 1947 in Mt Clemens, MI to George H & Helen P (Lawrence) Montgomery. He married Dorothy Gail Ahoe July 29, 1968 in Roseville; she died April 17, 2011. Joseph will be sadly missed by his children; Keri (Don) Becker, David (Linda) Montgomery, grandchildren; Jonah, Wyatt, Dexter, his sister Judy Montgomery, sister-in-law Sue Allard, nieces Tammie (Neil) Nosakowski, Kristi Allard and his great nieces and nephews; Evan, Jack, Grace and Alexandra. He was pre deceased by his parents, wife, and grandsons; Bennett and Leo.

Joseph worked for the City of Roseville for over 40 yrs, retiring as the Director of the DPW. He enjoyed woodworking, Disney, camping, church studies, where he was very involved in his church, he liked movies, books and gadgets.

A Funeral Service will be held 11AM instate at 10AM Monday, February 19, 2018 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 18303 Common Rd., Roseville, MI 48066. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-8PM at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave, Roseville, MI 48066. Burial to follow in Cadillac Memorial Gardens-East.
