Georgeina was known as a little spitfire who certainly lived a wonderful life. She lit up a room and attracted the attention of everyone who met her. She retired from the Detroit Edison Company Billing Department in her early sixties then promptly pursued her love of tap dancing. She participated as a tap dancer in many shows throughout Macomb County with groups such as String of Pearls, and the Senior Follies at the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts. She was also a finalist in the Mrs. Senior Michigan Beauty Pageant twice!
Georgeina was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Rudy" Rudolph; son, David W. Scott (Rachel), Livonia, MI; parents, William and Germaine Burns; twin brother, George; brothers: William, Charles, Gerald, Gilbert; and sister, Patsy.
She is survived by her children: Donna Judd (Daniel) of Dearborn Heights, MI; Daniel Chrzanowski, of Roseville, MI; and Deborah Barnard (Jim) of Largo, FL; as well as seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A Celebration Luncheon and Reception to honor Georgeina’s Life will be held on Sunday, November 10th, at Twelve O’Clock in the afternoon at the Vintage House Banquet Hall, 31816 Utica Road, Fraser, MI 48026.
