Franklin D. Tilley, Sr., age 84, passed away March 19, 2017. Beloved husband of Shirley. Loving father of Franklin, Jr. Sharon, and the late Rickey. Proud grandfather of Jennifer, Franklin, Jerry, Chrissy and Natalie and great-grandfather of six. Dearest brother of Jerry, Larry, Don, Wayne, Jim, Diane, Patsy, Carolyn and Faye.
