Clark & I worked together at FORD MOTOR CO. He was a great “Mentor” and “Friend”!…His “frequent” saying was “Comsi Comsa”…(Neither good nor bad)..”we” shared a lot of laughs, and GOOD times together! It was “GREAT” reconnecting at his Birthday Celebration!

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Jr.  I am blessed to have known him from childhood.  He was a very good and kind person...always pleasant and understanding.  
God gave him a good life and I will always cherish the memories and phone calls that we shared during the last few years.

To my papa, my father thank you so much for teaching me exactly what a man should be. You were a man of integrity, honesty and strength. Not only did you raise you raised my son(s) for that I am truly grateful. I am going to miss hearing you pulling in my drive way to bring cases of water and peppermint sticks for the boys. I know I’ve gained another Angel. Thank you for your love and legacy.

A message of sympathy and love to the entire Shelton Family on the loss of a beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend - our family patriarch and the one and only - Clark Jr.  May his loving spirit, gentle nature and words of wisdom live on in our hearts as testimony of a life well lived. We will cherish every memory. He was a man of honor and will be greatly missed.

Cousin Clark Jr. was a wonderful gentleman. I met him for the first time that I can remember when he visited my grand father. He would always come by if/when he was in town to visit Bo Ward. He was such a gentle soul and such an impeccable dresser. I enjoyed talking with him over the phone in recent years and being a part of a zoom call celebrating one of his birthdays. He is/will be missed greatly by so many of the fam and friends. May the Lord give comfort to the fam/friends, who are left to carry on his legacy. I know he was welcomed into the kingdom by so many others who have gone on before him. Prayers will continue for all. 

Me and my uncle when I first was introduced to him and Shelton side of my family tree.  I must say it was a wonderful and a honor and a blessing to have gotten to meet him know him hug on him love on him and know him he really reminds me a lot of my biological father they were first cousins,  but growing up we always called our older cousins uncles or aunt so that’s why he will always be my uncle Clark to me
