Carolyn Joy Bird age 74 of Roseville, Michigan went to heaven August 10, 2022. She was born in Detroit, Michigan December 16, 1947. Preceded in death by her daughter Terri Ann Bird; her parents Thomas and Mildred Costello; and her brothers Robert Costello and Michael Costello.
Survived by her daughter Christy Bird (Darin Sirois); son Jody Bird (Kate); two grandchildren Gillian and Noah Bird; brother Roy Costello (Jackolyn) and several nieces and nephews.
Carolyn was an incredible cook and wonderful homemaker. She had a great sense of humor with a contagious laugh. She loved coffee and conversation on her front porch with family and friends. Most of all she loved spending time with her loved ones.
A visitation for Carolyn will be held Friday, August 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville, Michigan 48066. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 19, 2022 at 6:30 PM at the funeral home. A burial will occur Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Resurrection Cemetery, 18201 Clinton River Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038.
