Barbara was born on January 22, 1939 in Lima, Ohio to the late Simon David Crissinger and Stella May Jones.
Barbara attended South High School, enjoyed being a cheerleader, and enjoyed being a nanny later in life. Barbara enjoyed spending time with family and grandchildren. She also loved her pets Miguel and Hope.
Barbara is survived by her son, Mark Allen Black; daughter Tammy Lynn Holme; grandchildren Shanda Marie Holme, Alexander J. (Rochelle) Black, Tyler M.E. Holme, and Stephanie Stout; great granddaughter Ray Black; sister Carolyn Sue (passed away 3/11/75) and half-sisters Linda Crissinger French (passed away 9/21/06), Kathy (Dave) Crissinger Wheeler, and Michelle Crissinger Evans.

A funeral service will occur Monday, September 23, 2024 at 12:30 PM, 27830 Gratiot Ave, Roseville, MI 48066. A burial will occur Monday, September 23, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Resurrection Cemetery, 18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48038.
