Sally Cruz Niebank, was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She suddenly left this world on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. She was 74 years young.
She was born to Eliseo and Maria Gloria De la Cruz on December 20, 1947 in the Philippines. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul. She was a proud mother to four children: Federico, Scott, Jerisa, and Jeralyn. She was a grandmother to 6 beautiful grandchildren. She is also survived by her 8 siblings and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Sally was honored in a celebration of life on October 22, 2022 in Roseville, California. She will be sorely missed by all her family and dearest friends.
