Ryon M. Beyer

Ryon Moran Beyer, born July 20, 1920 in Seymour, TX, died at home in Roseville, CA with his family on August 2, 2012. Loving father to Albert Ryon Beyer, Kathryn and Fred Myrick, and Tom and Elizabeth Webb Beyer. Dearest grandfather to Darin Beyer and Edmond So, Kim and Todd Lanford, and Trina Allen. Loving great-grandfather to Tobin and Avila Lanford. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years Eileen Beyer and cherished grandson Seth Webb Beyer. Ryon spent his youth on a ranch near the Brazos river in Texas, where he developed a lifelong love and special way with animals. Part of the greatest generation, he served his country in the Air Force during WWII, and then retired from McClellan Air Force Base in 1975 after three decades of service. Ryon will be remembered as a soft spoken man whose gentle words shaped the hearts and minds of all those around him. Services will be held gravesite at the Roseville Cemetery, 421 Berry St. Roseville, CA 95678, on Wednesday August 8, 2012 at 10am.
