Born on March 13, 1913 to Joseph and Lydia Olsen in Emmett, Idaho. She was the tenth child of eleven. She lived in Idaho until the age of 15 when she moved to California with her parents and two siblings. When she was seventeen she met and married her husband George Wolff. They celebrated their 65th anniversary before his passing in 1995. During their marriage they had five children. Their first little girl, Ruby, died at birth. They then had a son Ronald born in 1932, who passed away in 1978 of leukemia. Next, born in 1934,was a daughter, Shirley (Hanisch), then Mary Louise (Manzano) (Jerry) in 1946 and son Randy (Alcinda) in 1950. All her children remained close, living in Roseville.
From her children she became Grandmother to Kerry Wolff (Lorretta), Tim Wolff, Lydia Bracco (Art), Jeff Hanisch, Russ Hanisch (Karen), Leah Anderson (Chris) and Kim Manzano-David (Dave).
She became great-grandma to Richard, Carolyn, Sam, Christopher, Andrew, Kyle, Joey, and Talon, and step great-grandma to Larry and Jimmy. She became great-great-grandma to Isabella, Spenser, Chase, Kierra,Cooper and step-great grandma to Josh, Nicole, and Corey. She was also step great-great-great grandma to Mikaila.
She was famous for her cooking and baking skills. She worked in the cafeteria at the Roseville High School for 11years. She also worked at the Brown Mug Restaurant as their pie maker, especially her banana cream. Everyone loved her pies. She also made the best homemade bread. She was always very active and loved doing crafts.
She was a member of the Minerva Rebekah Lodge since 1941. She loved the lodge and the women she considered sisters. She had out-lived most of her friends but one of her best friends Melba Smith has always remained part of her life.
