Gary Dean Doupnik

Gary Dean Doupnik, born on July 24th, 1935 in Linn, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 3rd, 2014 in Roseville, California. Gary was raised in Linn, Kansas, having graduated from Kansas State University. Gary moved his family to the San Francisco Bay area in 1962. His family then relocated to Loomis in 1976. They owned and operated Gary Doupnik manufacturing, a modular home business for 38 years. Gary was an active member of the Loomis Lions Club, Long time active member of the Loomis Basin Chamber of Commerce and the Loomis Methodist Church and Wonder Workers. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Betty, four children, Sherrie Edgar (Mike) , Gary Doupnik, Jr. (Sally), Kirtis Doupnik (Debra), and J.T. Doupnik (Jennifer), 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday April 9th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of Loomis, 6414 Brace Road, Loomis, CA, with a reception to follow services at the Blue Goose, 3550 Taylor Road, Loomis, CA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Loomis Lions Club or any local charity in Gary's Name.
