Dale Lee Lambert passed away on April 17, 2022, in Roseville California. He was born in Duluth Minnesota in 1959. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Denise, and his two grown sons; Daniel with his wife Michelle and their two kids; Renea and Lee, and Douglas with wife Alexa. He is also survived by his two sisters: Annette Cooper and Terri Wells, his brother Scott Thompson, and many nieces and nephews.
Dale loved to cook and BBQ. He was never happier than when he was cooking for a large group of people. He also enjoyed woodworking and had recently been experimenting with resin. He never gave up on his favorite football team, the 49ers. He enjoyed running the sound board at his church.
Dale was a medic in the Army and later an LVN. He worked as a roofing estimator, a security guard, a house painter, waiter, and a bartender. Later he became a Wide Area Network Engineer and then a Provider Operations Specialist. For several years he owned the Z-Pie Restaurant in Placerville CA.
As per his wishes, Dale’s remains will be cremated. His family and friends will be gathering on the first anniversary of his passing in the Lake Tahoe area. There he will receive his military honors.
