Albert R Vela Jr.

Albert Rolando Vela, Jr., born on January 3rd, 1937 in Laredo,Texas, the loving son of Albert , Sr., and Virginia Vela, passed away on May 13th, 2012 in Roseville, California at the age of 75 years. Affectionately known as "Al" by his family and friends, Al worked as a Engineer for many years. He was an avid sportsman, who loved to play golf, tennis,and loved hunting and fishing. Al is survived by his cherished family, wife, Shirley Vela, Daughter, Amy Gibbs and her husband, Jeff Gibbs, his loving grandchildren, Isabel and Holland. Al will be missed dearly by his family and friends. He truly was a loving husband, father and grandfather. A Memorial Mass to celebrate his life will be held on May 29th 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St Clare Catholic Church, 1950 Junction Blvd, Roseville,California
