Born and raised in Rome, GA, Vicki was the daughter of the late Marvin E. Davis and Dorothy Davis. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Richard Anderson, and her second husband, John Hibberts. Vicki spent most of her life in Rome, where she worked as a tax preparer at Harris Bookkeeping.
Vicki had a passion for sewing and a deep affection for caring for birds, especially lovebirds, parakeets, and finches. She drew inspiration from Martha Stewart in her love for flower and vegetable gardening, decorating, and cooking, always infusing her home with creativity and care.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa(Jody) Casteel; son, Mark Anderson; grandchildren, Brittney, Brandon, Lil Jody, and Brooklyn. Vicki was also blessed with ten great-grandchildren—six girls and four boys.
In accordance with her wishes, Vicki will be cremated.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her.
