Mary Joyce Ensley

She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She worked as a nursery school teacher at the First United Methodist Church of Tucker and later as a private nanny where she cared for children until her retirement. She always made sure holidays were a beautiful gathering and everyone felt welcomed and loved. She was an amazing quilter up until she lost her eyesight, and enjoyed gardening, where she always had to most beautiful flowers.

She preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Clinton Ensley; sons, William Markus Ensley and Rodney Kyle Ensley; as well as two brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by her son Josh Ensley, grandchildren Rachel and Heath(Rebecca) Ensley and three great-grandchildren Emma Queen, Kylie Ensley and Tate Ensley.

Graveside services will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 624 GA-197 Clarkesville Georgia 30523, on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 12 o'clock in the afternoon.
