He graduated from Darlington School and the University of Virginia, after which he taught English in Prague. Grant then spent several years working in San Francisco with his cousin Will’s company Kixeye in marketing. He then went on to found an ad agency, Headlight, with Michael O’Brien and Kevin Young in 2019. He was a talented businessman who was proud to see Headlight become the 5th fastest growing agency in the world according to AdWeek magazine in 2022.
He loved his parents, his sister, all of his aunts, uncles, and cousins, and all of his many friends and business partners. He loved his dog George and was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He loved travel, food, ridiculously expensive shoes, clothes and most of all, making those around him laugh. Above all, Grant brought joy to all who knew him and his love is felt by so many. He will be missed greatly by all who had the fortune of knowing him.
