I worked with Doris at Southern Bell. She was a special person. My prayers go out to her family.

Our prayers and deepest condolences go out to the family of Mrs. Doris Sheppard. We first met many, many years ago at Trend Mills and she had been a true friend to me and my family since then. She will truly be missed by us all.

Doris was a special lady with a special smile! We had some wonderful times together!

I met Grandmother when I married her grandson, Patrick, in 2009. The first time we met she held me in her arms and hugged me for what seemed like forever and kissed my face all over. The love that she held in her heart poured out onto everything she did and into everyone she met. I felt more than honored when she gave Patrick her wedding ring to propose to me with and I am reminded of her every time I look at it.  It's so special. She was so loving and I loved listening to her stories of the good days with friends and family, and especially filling my belly with the amazing dishes she'd prepare. She will be greatly missed here on earth, but I know we will see her again in the home if our Heavenly Father. I can only imagine the beauty she is experiencing right now.

I worked with Doris at Southern Bell, She was a sweet lady and a GREAT cook. I know she will be greatly missed.
