She graduated from Rogers High School in Rogers, Ark., in 1983. She was employed at Walmart and then with Rogers Public Schools as a paraprofessional.
Stacy is survived by her mother, Sharon Hibdon Washburn of Rogers, Ark.; her sister, Dody Washburn McDaniel and brother-in-law, Chris McDaniel, and nephew, Clifford, of Springfield, Mo.; her sister-in-law, Jeanne Washburn of Rogers, Ark.; nephew, Brian Washburn of Los Angeles, Calif.; and nephew, Grant Washburn of Fayetteville, Ark.
Stacy is preceded in death by her father, David Washburn; her brother, Scott Washburn; and her brother, Sammy Washburn.
