Patsy Ruth Rakes, passed away on May 28, 2022 in Bentonville. She was born on July 14, 1933 in Bentonville to the late Everett and Elsie May (Blevens) Brewer.
She was a loving mother and friend. She enjoyed gardening and colorful flowers. She was also the best cook in the world and always made sure her son was well provided for. While her husband Charles was living, they loved traveling, camping and fishing.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lester Rakes and friend, Luther Scanton.
She is survived by her son, Carl Rakes of Bentonville; sister-in-law, Betty O’Grady.
A graveside funeral will be on Friday at 10am in Bentonville Cemetery.
